Pay & Perks Great Starting Pay:

$20/hr during your first month of paid training, then DOE.($25 per hr cap).
Monthly Raise Opportunities: Regular reviews with real opportunities for pay increases based on reliability, quality, and performance! Extra Cash In Your Pocket: Mileage reimbursement provided.
Tips + Monthly Performance Bonuses $10 for every client review you help collect $30 for candidate referrals $5 for direct positive client feedback.

Schedule & Scope Type: Part-time (5 days/week) with flexible weekday scheduling. Weekends: On-call weekend availability (we service awesome Airbnb properties!).

What We’re Looking For Experience:

6+ months of professional cleaning experience (or 1+ year of relevant cleaning experience).
Reliability: Background check required & reliable transportation to local job sites.

Team Mindset: Able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, customer-first attitude.

Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and staying active on your feet.
